Step into Waseya Wellness Lounge, a space designed to reflect harmony with nature and the shared path to balance. Waseya, means "bright light" in Potawatomi Language, which reflects many of our therapies and the gentle, healing illumination that helps to support your path to wellness.

Infrared Sauna

Detoxify & rejuvenate with full-spectrum infrared heat (near, mid, far) in our Clearlight® sauna for a deep, relaxing sweat.
 
 

Halotherapy

  • Open to Community Center Members, Tribal Members, and the public.
  • Appointments are required; book online, by phone, or at the front desk
  • First-time orientation provided for each modality
  • Open to ages 18+ (14-17 with a guardian)

FAQ

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is best; some services may require removal of shoes, clothing, and jewelry. Towels and spa wraps are provided. 
 

How often should I use these services?

Frequency depends on your wellness goals; staff will provide guidance. 
 

Can I bring my child/infant?

 The Wellness Lounge is designed for adult use only or supervision between the ages of 14-17. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. Child Minding is available at the Community Center. 
 

How long can I stay in the lounge?

Most sessions range from 30-60 minutes, depending on the service. If you are using the space for relaxation or reading, please be mindful of others and conscious of time.
